OAPL is committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively. Here’s how our process works:
1. Complaint Submission
A) Customers can contact us via our website, toll-free number, or company contact number.
B) The OAPL team understands the reason for contact and registers the complaint in the Complaint Register.
2. Initial Review
OAPL determines the nature of the customer’s concern:
A) General Enquiry / Request / Feedback → The OAPL team will provide the required information to the customer and close the complaint.
B) Complaint related to Service / Warranty / Product / Quality → The concern will be forwarded to the relevant department for analysis and resolution.
3. Follow-Up
A) The OAPL team acknowledges the complaint and takes the first follow-up step within 24 hours.
B) If needed, the team will coordinate with dealers to address the issue. The dealer will open a job card and work to resolve the customer’s concern.
4. Resolution
Once the issue is resolved, we confirm with you whether you are satisfied or not.
A) If Yes → OAPL or the dealer partner will obtain a signed Customer Satisfaction Note or a confirmation message screenshot for closure.
B) If No → OAPL Team continue working on the issue until the customer is satisfied.
5. Closure
Every closed complaint is documented for quality tracking and continuous improvement.
