When Partial Payment is Paid

Customers can request a refund of the booking/partial amount paid at any time by sending an email to social@okinawascooters.com mentioning the order number and the registered phone number. The request will be processed within 60 working days of receiving the request, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

When the full ex-showroom price is Paid

Customers can request a refund of the ex-showroom amount paid within 48 hours of placing the order/before the invoicing of the vehicle. Full refund subject to deduction of any taxes paid by the Company by sending an email to social@okinawascooters.com mentioning the order number and the registered phone number. The request will be processed within 60 working days of receiving the request, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Any other product other than Two-Wheeler

A refund request can be raised by sending an email to social@okinawascooters.com mentioning the order number and the registered phone number within 7 days of placing the order or before the invoicing is made, whichever is earlier. The request will be processed within 60 working days of receiving the request, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
